Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Payment
The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept cash.
Pricing & Additional Charges
Pricing is based on the information provided during booking.
Vehicles with excessive pet hair, heavy staining, excessive trash, biohazards, mold, or severe contamination may require additional time and incur additional charges. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before work begins.
Results & Limitations
While we strive for the highest quality results, some permanent stains, scratches, paint defects, oxidation, and interior wear may not be completely removable.
We do not guarantee 100% stain, odor, scratch, or defect removal.
Personal Belongings
Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, firearms, and important documents before your appointment.
Griswold Auto Care is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
Access to Storage Areas
For the safety of your property, we do not remove or organize personal belongings. Areas containing personal items—including the trunk, center console, glove box, and other storage compartments—will not be cleaned unless they are empty.
